Our Volunteers
Repeat Boutique is a Christian, non-denominational, service ministry. All volunteers strive to welcome, serve, respect, and love everyone, always. We extend hope, dignity and transformation through our one-on-one engagement with our regular clients. We do not discriminate on any basis including race, religion or nationality.
100% Volunteer Led and Run
We always need volunteers to join our team. 2-5 hours, once or twice weekly or monthly.
Our volunteers are assigned to one of 3 work areas:
- Front desk
- Sorting room
- Receiving garage
The front desk workers greet clients, update computers, answer phones, assist shoppers and package their goods to take home.
Sorting room volunteers sort, size and display the donated clothing, shoes, bedding, towels, dishes, cookware, utensils, small appliances, toys, books and household items. They carefully select the seasonal clothing to be placed out on the shopping floor, regularly refreshing the inventory.
The volunteers from the receiving garage are the first to take in donated items and discern which to bring to the sorting room and which to recycle or redistribute to other organizations.
